Join us for the 2025 Annual Grand Festival of Kugahara Seibu Hachiman Shrine, held on September 13 (Saturday) and 14 (Sunday). Located in Ōta Ward, Tokyo, this traditional festival brings together the local community with vibrant parades, ceremonial rituals, and festive street stalls.
