The Festival of Song and Dance in Kamata is a fun cultural exchange event celebrating friendship between Japan and the Philippines through music and dance.
Supported by Ōta City, the four-day festival is expected to welcome about 20,000 visitors, with lots of food and drink stalls to enjoy.
