Usually, Ōta Market is for professionals only, and seafood is sold in big wholesale lots.
But on Fish Day, anyone can shop! You can buy fresh seafood in small amounts at great prices, including fish you won’t see anywhere else.
After shopping, don’t miss a meal at Yacchaba Yokocho, right in the market—it’s fresh, tasty, and packed with seafood!
Fish Day happens every 4th Saturday, so come check it out!
