New Year “Hashigo-nori” Ladder Acrobatics at Ikegami Honmonji Temple

The New Year “Hashigo-nori” ladder acrobatics performance by the Omori Tobi Union will be held at Ikegami Honmonji Temple.
Hashigo-nori is a traditional Japanese performance in which skilled tobi (traditional construction artisans) demonstrate breathtaking techniques atop a specially assembled bamboo ladder approximately 6 meters high.
Enjoy the elegance and precision of this time-honored cultural art, perfected through years of training.
