The “Ōta Taiwan Festa” is back again this year at JR Kamata Station West Exit Plaza!
Just like last time, the event will bring the lively atmosphere of Taiwan’s famous night markets to Kamata.

Come enjoy delicious Taiwanese food, live music, and a taste of Taiwan’s vibrant culture—right here in Ōta.

About the Event

The Ōta Taiwan Festa was created to celebrate the friendship and cultural exchange between Japan and Taiwan.

Taiwan has long had a close relationship with Japan—it was one of the first to offer help after the Great East Japan Earthquake.

At this event, visitors can enjoy the sights, sounds, and flavors of Taiwan right here in Kamata.

The first Festa was held in November 2024, recreating the lively atmosphere of Taiwan’s famous night markets. Blessed with great weather, more than 7,000 people joined us over two days.
